Potential Tenants

How do I apply?

Please contact our office for an application. Once all fields are completed and the appropriate application fees are paid, our resident manager will send the information to our credit check service and do all appropriate rental history confirmations. We will notify you of the results as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

What is your pet policy?

We do allow indoor cats; no dogs, please. We charge a one-time, non-refundable pet fee ($250) and a minimal monthly per-pet rent ($20). We do not permit cats in units with new carpet. Our full Pet Agreement PDF, opens new window is here.

What are your rent rates?

Our current monthly rental rates are as follows:

  • 1×1: $1,260
  • 2×1: $1,380
  • 2×2: $1,480
  • 3×2: $1,800

These rates are subject to change.

What are your rent specials?

We aren’t currently offering any specials.

What are your lease terms?

Our standard lease term is six-month, which becomes a month-to-month agreement at the end of the term. Other term lengths are negotiable. We also offer a month-to-month lease option, but this comes with an additional fee requirement.

What are your month-to-month lease agreement requirements?

With an approved application and a non-refundable additional $600 fee, you may sign a month-to-month lease agreement at Poplar Lane.

Once I know I’m moving in, how do I set up my utilities?

Our office will help you put your electric bill in your name, using this PUD form PDF, opens new window. Once you have completed it, we will submit the information electronically, according to the rules of our agreement with PUD. You are responsible for establishing your own phone, internet and/or cable service, but our office staff will assist you with contact information if you require it.

How do I contact maintenance after hours?

If you have a maintenance emergency that requires immediate assistance, please call our emergency cell number: (425) 870-5426. If you have a work order or other comment that is not an emergency, please leave a message on the office line – (425) 670-8444 – and we will provide prompt service the following business day.

How can I reserve the cabana for a private event?

When we are cleared to re-open our facilities (Covid precautions are lifted), the social room is made available without charge for the use and pleasure of all tenants at Poplar Lane Apartments. It may be reserved for use by any tenant, or group of tenants, on a first come, first served basis during the following hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 6pm-10pm
  • Saturday: 4pm – 10pm
  • Sunday: noon – 7pm

Any variation from this schedule can be discussed with management when you call to reserve the space. Please note that you will be asked to sign this Social Room Use Agreement form PDF, opens new window prior to your event.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

While we will accept your maintenance requests via telephone, but we prefer to have them in writing. Please feel free to fill out the form below to send us your request or to come by the office to complete one of our Service Request forms. In all cases, we will confirm that we have your permission to enter your unit prior to completing the requested work.
